Her specialty and focus may be the Chicago Northern burbs but we don't plan on using any other realtor in the Chicagoland area. Stephanie did outstanding work in the sale of my condo. She determined a fair listing price based on the comps, found someone to run an estate sale, took care of replacing the carpeting and then virtually staging the unit. It was on the market for less than a week and I received an offer substantially over our asking price. She referred me to an excellent attorney that could handle a complicated trust situation and stayed on top of the process, following up with both parties to make certain that closing would not be a problem. She was very professional in every aspect of her responsibilities as a licensed realtor. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a bright, young go getter realtor.
